This search engine sped up search by 4x.
This project was necessary for the relocation process where we needed to switch of 2/3 of our MySQL based search nodes.
This was the first Sun Solaris system in platform. I initially set up the jumpstart process and co-worked with development to get the software running.

Using a monitoring system that also collects and shows historical server data we were able to analyze how many hardware was really necessary to run our site.
I reviewed different monitoring systems, presented all possible solutions and made recommendation.
